By accessing or using the my·mo ecosystem—consisting of the applications my·mo move, my·mo manage, and my·mo monitor—operated by 42hacks mobility cooperative, CH-9043 Trogen (“42hacks”), you agree to the following terms of use.
Purpose and Scope
The my·mo ecosystem is a digital toolkit for companies that want to promote sustainable and efficient employee mobility. It enables organizations to manage and measure their mobility programs while giving employees access to services such as public transport offers, parking management, and more. The ecosystem consists of:

my·mo move – for employees to book and use mobility services

my·mo manage – for administrators to configure, manage, and control services and rules

my·mo monitor – to review parking behavior through license plate scanning and rule enforcement
These tools promote transparency, fairness, and behavioral change—while always protecting privacy.
Registration and Access
To use the services in the my·mo ecosystem, you must create a user account with a valid email address and password. Your account will be activated after confirmation. You can update your personal information at any time. Access to specific features depends on your company’s configuration and your role (employee, admin, or inspector).
Use of the my·mo Ecosystem
You agree to use the my·mo ecosystem only lawfully and in accordance with your company’s policies. It is prohibited to use the system for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes—especially introducing viruses or manipulating functions.
False information, misuse, or circumvention may be checked on a random basis and sanctioned.
Mobility Access (via my·mo move)
Your company may provide you with various mobility services through my·mo move, including:

Public Transport Offers
These may include regional passes, tickets, travel authorizations, Half Fare Cards, or class upgrades. The appropriate offer is shown based on your place of residence. Prices and durations are displayed transparently before booking. -
Mobility Budget
If your company offers a mobility budget, you can use it via my·mo move (or through third-party providers such as SBB, Dott, Reka, VVV, etc.). -
Parking Management
You can register license plates for commuting and book daily parking when needed. You can see when your license plate was recorded on company premises and may file an objection within five (5) working days. -
Partner Services
Depending on your company, shared bikes, e-scooters, shuttle buses, or emergency vehicles may be available. These may be provided via external apps or websites.
Admin Portal (via my·mo manage)
Company administrators use my·mo manage to:

Define parking rules and zones

Distribute mobility packages

View activities and reports

Review employee correction requests
All access is role-based and compliant with data protection regulations.
Fair Parking Controls (via my·mo monitor)
my·mo monitor is used by authorized company personnel to scan license plates on company premises and check parking rules. This enables:

Support for sustainable mobility goals
No driving behavior or movement data is collected—only parking activity on company premises.
Data Protection
We apply the highest data protection standards and comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How we protect your data:

Data is transmitted and stored in an encrypted form

Data is anonymized and aggregated for analysis, with residence data aggregated to the square-kilometer level

We do not sell data to third parties
Pricing and Billing
All costs are displayed transparently in my·mo move. Some offers are free, while others are billed to your company and may be internally charged to you. Third-party services are billed directly by the respective provider.
No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
Although we place great importance on availability and accuracy, use of the my·mo ecosystem is provided without warranty. 42hacks and your company do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or liability for damages arising from use or unavailability of the system—especially in cases of third-party attacks or technical issues.
We recommend regularly installing security updates and using antivirus protection.
Copyright and Use Restrictions
All content in the my·mo ecosystem is protected by copyright and owned by 42hacks. Use is permitted only for personal or internal company purposes, with full attribution.
Commercial use or systematic analysis (e.g., via bots or crawlers) is not permitted without prior written consent.
Links to Third Parties
The my·mo ecosystem may contain links to external websites or apps. 42hacks assumes no responsibility for their content or data protection practices.
Duration and Termination
Use of my·mo services is tied to your employment and your company’s participation. If your employment ends or your company leaves the program, your access will be deactivated.

We will announce changes through the system. By continuing to use or access the services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is Trogen, Switzerland. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
